Pricing

Depending on the size and scope of the work, I use either time-based pricing or a project quotation. All prices shown below include VAT.

Time-based work

For fault finding, repairs and smaller jobs. The call-out charge is based on the one-way driving distance from Almere and includes the first 30 minutes of labour.

Labour is charged at €84.70 per hour in 15-minute increments. Materials are charged separately.

Emergency surcharge

Emergency call-outs are subject to a 50% surcharge.

Project-based work

Larger jobs with a clearly defined scope receive a complete quotation based on the site conditions, work required and materials needed.

Service notes

Terms at a glance

  • Quotes are based on the information provided and may change with site conditions.
  • Small repairs and minor works are billed by the hour; larger jobs with a clearly defined scope are priced per project.
  • Materials are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
  • Installation warranty: 12 months.
  • Product warranty follows the manufacturer.
  • If no work is carried out after a site visit, the applicable call-out or inspection fee will be charged.
